Privacy Policy

We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including page views, referral sources, and general device/browser information. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you individually.

We store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage to improve your experience. This includes your language preference (Japanese or English) and the last place you viewed, retained for up to 24 hours. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Mapbox: We use Mapbox to display maps. When the map loads, Mapbox may collect your approximate location (based on IP address), browser type, and usage data in order to render map tiles. See Mapbox's privacy policy at mapbox.com/legal/privacy.

Google Places API: We use the Google Places API to display place information on the map. Google may collect usage data associated with API requests. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Vercel Analytics: Our hosting provider Vercel provides analytics on our behalf. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised visitor data including page views and traffic sources. No cookies are set. See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not use cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.

Local storage (described above) is not a cookie and is not accessible to third parties. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for nomimap.com.

Analytics data is retained according to Vercel's standard retention policies.

Local storage data on your device is retained for up to 24 hours for last-viewed place data, and indefinitely for language preference until you clear your browser storage.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data for nomimap.com.
